本文介绍了适于小直径内环缝 MAG 焊中使用的电磁感应式焊缝跟踪系统。在传感器方面解决了错边干扰、定位焊点干扰及电弧高温的影响。研制了用于小直径内环缝的焊接设备,提出了相应的MAG焊接工艺,并在应用中取得良好效果。
This article describes an electromagnetic induction weld tracking system for use in MAG welding with small diameter inner girths. In the sensor to solve the wrong side of the interference, the positioning of solder joints and the impact of high temperature arc. The welding equipment for the small-diameter inner ring seam was developed and the corresponding MAG welding technology was put forward, and the good effect was achieved in the application.
