一九八四年下半年以来,四川省委按照中央关于干部“四化”方针和整党整改的要求,进一步充实和调整了省级部、委、厅、局领导班子。一批三、四十岁的优秀年轻干部走上了厅局领导岗位;一部分熟悉业务、经验丰富的五十出头的工作骨干也被充实进领导班子。领导班子基本上形成了梯形年龄
Since the second half of 1984, the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee has further substantiated and adjusted the leadership of the provincial ministries, commissions, offices and bureaus in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Central Government on the “four modernizations” of cadres and on the rectification and reform of the Party.
