国卫办发〔2013〕29号委机关各司局:为进一步加强委机关调查研究工作,我委制定了《国家卫生计生委机关调查研究工作管理办法》。现印发给你们,请遵照执行。2013年10月29日国家卫生计生委机关调查研究工作管理办法第一章总则第一条为落实中央政治局关于改进工作作风、密切联系群众的八项规定要求及我委实施细则,进一步加强委机关调查研究工作(以下简称机关调研)的规范化、制度化、科学化管理,使机关调研更好地服务工作大局和辅助决策,制定本办法。
