通过对干燥机滚筒“指状”腐蚀损伤案例的分析,发现其主要损伤是由该滚筒选用的Q345R钢板中元素、组织偏析引发电化学腐蚀、局部腐蚀而造成。并讨论了基于损伤失效模式的压力容器设计、选材问题。
Through the analysis of the case of “finger” corrosion damage on the dryer drum, it was found that the main damage was caused by the elements in the Q345R steel plate selected by the roller, the segregation caused by electrochemical corrosion and local corrosion. The pressure vessel design and material selection based on damage failure mode are also discussed.
