建筑工程不仅是一项技术工程,更是一个重大的管理项目。建筑工程项目的管理工作不仅具有重要的管理意义,也具有一定的重要性,同时还要求管理具有专业性。建筑工程项目没有专业性的管理,就会出现成本控制不当、施工质量无保证、施工进度没保证等现象,严重制约了建筑工程的正常发展,影响建筑工程的经济效益。所以,应该对建筑工程的管理问题提高重视度。本文主要对建筑工程管理中的几个关键要素进行了简要的概括和分析。
Construction is not only a technical project, it is a major management project.
