本文应用E.coli CM891菌株双生物学指标——正向突变和回复突变检测环境中的抗突变物。实验结果显示,肉桂醛、二烯丙三硫和鞣酸均具有有效地拮抗4NQO诱发的低剂量链霉素抗性正向突变和色氨酸缺陷回复突变的作用;肉桂醛且有抗自发正向突变和回复突变的作用。本文还讨论了化学物拮抗回复突变和拮抗低剂量链霉素抗性正向突变作用的机理。
