作者报告了西安市86名易感的小学生接种痘苗病毒重组乙肝疫苗一年的效果观察结果。受试者随机分成3组,免疫剂量分别为2.0,5.0,10.0μg,按0,1,6程序接种。结果表明,免疫后6个月各组的抗-HBs应答率均达96%以上;低应答率为1.2%(1/81).3个组免疫后6个月与12个月的抗-HBs几何平均滴度分别为239.1,294.7,241.0mIU/ml与235.1,349.3,335.6mIU/ml,3组之间均无明显差异(P>0.05).与文献比较提示,本实验疫苗的免疫原性良好,5.0μg与10.0μg组的抗-HBs在免疫后3年将能保持较高水平。因此,痘苗重组乙肝疫苗以5.0或10.0μg剂量免疫为宜。
The authors report the effect of one year of 86 vaccinated primary school students vaccinated with vaccinia virus on hepatitis B vaccine.
