在大学生领导力教育的心理动力学领域,存在领导力驱力和机制两个方面。个体领导力驱力经历了分离、断裂和自我扩张三个阶段;个体领导力机制经历了自我、人际和制度三个系统。领导力驱力促进机制的形成,反之,实现了转化,二者在螺旋式上升中形成生态化、开放性和发展性大学生领导力教育的心理动力学。
In the field of psychology and dynamics of undergraduate leadership education, there are two aspects of leadership drive and mechanism. Individual leadership drive has experienced three stages of separation, rupture and self-expansion.
