建立健全激励机制是人力资源管理的核心组成部分,也是银行业发展的重要手段。当今时代,完善银行业科技人员队伍激励机制建设已经越来越重要,因为其决定着行业兴衰成败。因此,如何针对银行业自身的特点,调动科技人员的主动性、创造性,关系到银行各项经营业务的可持续发展、服务质量及在客户心中的形象。随着这些年银行业的不断发展,银行业科技人员也不断增加,与之相伴随的就是人员增多的情况下所出现的新问题,部分银行业科技人员的工作状态和精神面貌并不理想,究其根源,激励机制不完善是重要因素之一。对于银行业科技人员而言,构建有效的核心科技人员激励机制是银行业实现可持续发展的关键。
Establishing a sound incentive mechanism is a core component of human resource management and an important means for the development of the banking industry. In today’s era, it is increasingly important to improve the incentive mechanism for the scientific and technical personnel of the banking industry, because it determines the success or failure of the industry. Therefore, how to use the characteristics of the banking industry to mobilize the initiative and creativity of scientific and technological personnel is related to the sustainable development of various banking business operations, service quality, and the image in the minds of customers. With the continuous development of the banking industry in recent years, the number of scientific and technical personnel in the banking industry has also increased. The new problems that accompany the increase in the number of people in the banking industry are accompanied by the unsatisfactory working conditions and mental outlook of some of the banking industry and technologists. Studying its root causes and imperfect incentive mechanisms are one of the important factors. For the scientific and technical personnel of the banking industry, building an effective incentive mechanism for core scientific and technological personnel is the key to the sustainable development of the banking industry.
