新时代的组织要求导师—门徒关系从稳定的一对一关系转向动态的网络化关系。本文基于文献回顾,从导师网络的概念入手,阐述了导师网络的测量方法,着重分析了影响导师网络形成的前因变量、中介变量和调节变量,归纳了导师网络对门徒以及对组织和导师本身的影响,并指出了现有研究的不足与未来研究方向。
Organizations in the new age have demanded that mentor-disciple relations shift from a stable one-to-one relationship to a dynamic network relationship. Based on the literature review, starting with the concept of tutor network, this article elaborates the measurement methods of tutor network, analyzes the antecedent variables, mediating variables and adjusting variables that influence the formation of tutor network, and sums up the network of tutors to the disciples and the organizations and tutors themselves And pointed out the shortcomings of the existing research and future research directions.
