四川石化醇胺法溶剂再生装置共有两套,加工规模均为350t/h,设计加工弹性为60%~110%。装置运行近36个月,出现过工况频繁波动、塔顶堵塞、塔顶回流罐及泵出口管线腐蚀穿孔及非计划停工等问题。分析认为,上游加氢裂化装置外送管线中的富胺液含油带烃,导致返回溶剂再生装置的富胺液含有大量烃、油及氢气,是引发溶剂再生装置、硫磺回收装置波动的主要原因;硫化铵等结晶物是造成溶剂再生塔顶气相管线堵塞的直接诱因;而溶剂再生塔顶回流罐入口及回流泵出口管线腐蚀穿孔,主要是在含有大量硫化氢、氨及水蒸气环境下发生的均匀腐蚀、应力腐蚀、晶间腐蚀。针对上述问题,制定并实施优化改造方案。通过连续11个月的数据观察,装置运行平稳,未出现操作波动、塔顶堵塞、塔顶回流罐(泵)出口管线腐蚀穿孔等问题。且技术改造前,贫胺液H_2S含量平均值为0.61g/L,蒸汽单耗为158.25kg/t;技术改造后,贫胺液H_2S含量平均值下降为0.26g/L,蒸汽单耗下降为127kg/t。

In response to the above problems, formulate and implement optimization programs. Through continuous 11-month data observation, the operation of the plant was stable without any fluctuation in operation, blockage of the top of the tower, and corrosion and perforation of the outlet pipe of the top reflux pump (pump). Before technological transformation, the average content of H_2S in lean amine solution was 0.61g / L, and the steam consumption was 158.25kg / t. After technological transformation, the average content of H_2S in lean amine solution decreased to 0.26g / L, and the unit consumption of steam decreased to 127kg / t.
