信息化的普及不但带来了多领域效率的提升,而且对于电费抄核收工作而言,受益颇多。本文针对传统电费核算中出现的问题,以江苏省实施全省电费核算的集中化、智能化、信息化管理为背景,研究电力公司当前电费核算的信息化建设现状及存在的问题,并提出应当通过如下途径来应对电费核算信息化中的挑战。第一,继续推行电费智能核算系统;第二,加大对电费核算人员的业务培训;第三,改进电费抄核收程序;第四,注重与其他信息化手段结合。
The popularization of information has not only brought about efficiency improvements in many fields, but also benefited a lot in the electricity bill collection and collection work. In this paper, in view of the problems in the traditional tariff calculation, taking the centralization, intelligence and information management of the province’s electricity charge accounting as the background, this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of the current electricity accounting of the power company, Through the following ways to deal with electricity accounting information challenges. First, to continue to implement the smart electricity accounting system; secondly, to increase the business training of electricity fee accounting staff; thirdly, to improve the procedures for electricity bill copying and receiving; and fourthly, to combine with other means of informationization.
