医师职业精神问题因为负性医学道德问题和当代社会医患矛盾凸显而成为社会和学界关注的重要课题。医师职业精神是生成于医学专业内部的一种特定的精神形态,是一种行业精神和专业精神,这种精神是医师职业的道德底线,也是医师职业的道德境界。其伦理属性具有历史的根据和职业基础。医师职业精神具有实践特性,这一特性决定了它不是空洞的抽象概念,其所包含的社会和科学责任需要通过医学专业工作者的实际行为表现出来,所以它具有道德可评价的实在性。
The problem of physician’s professionalism has become an important topic of concern to the society and academia because of the negative medical ethics and the contradiction between doctors and patients in contemporary society. Medical professionalism is generated within the medical profession within a particular spiritual form, is a spirit of industry and professionalism, this spirit is the moral bottom line of the physician’s profession, but also the professional ethics of the physician. Its ethical attributes have historical basis and professional foundation. Physician’s professionalism has the characteristics of practice, a characteristic which determines that it is not an empty abstract concept. Its social and scientific responsibility needs to be demonstrated through the actual behavior of medical professionals, so it has a morally evaluable reality.
