针对在矿山等对防爆要求较高的工作环境下如何安全有效地对混凝土进行搅拌的问题,设计了一种用气动马达作为动力源的新型混凝土搅拌机。主要完成了对混凝土搅拌机本体机构、传动机构和气动控制系统的设计。实践证明,该设计在矿山应用中获得了良好的使用效果。 Aiming at the problem of how to stir the concrete safely and effectively under the working environment with high requirement for explosion proof, such as mine, a new concrete mixer with air motor as power source was designed. Mainly completed the concrete mixer body, transmission and pneumatic control system design. Practice has proved that the design has been used in mining applications have a good effect.
