针对C80型敞车上心盘座疲劳失效问题,基于IIW标准及Palmgren-Miner累积损伤法则,对C80型敞车动应力测试数据进行了计算分析。计算结果表明,引起疲劳损伤的主要原因是段焊的焊缝端头存在着局部应力集中,且在多轴交变载荷的相互作用下,进一步加速了裂纹扩展,这与实际运用情况比较接近。为此,提出了上心盘座改进方案,并按照等损伤原理进行了疲劳试验。试验结果表明,上心盘座改进方案可以满足实际运用要求。
Aiming at the fatigue failure problem of C80 gondola base, the dynamic stress test data of C80 gondola was calculated and calculated based on IIW standard and Palmgren-Miner cumulative damage law. The results show that the main cause of fatigue damage is the local stress concentration at the weld end of the segmented weld, and further accelerates the crack propagation under the interaction of multi-axial alternating loads, which is close to the practical application. To this end, the proposed improvement of the center tray seat, and in accordance with the principle of equal damage fatigue test. The test results show that the improvement of the top plate seat can meet the practical application requirements.
