目的:优选超临界CO_2萃取川芎挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法:以川芎挥发油出油率和阿魏酸的含量为评价指标,采用正交试验优化超临界CO_2萃取川芎挥发油的工艺条件。结果:超临界CO_2萃取川芎油的最佳条件:萃取温度50℃,萃取压力35 MPa,萃取时间2 h,CO_2流量20 L·min~(-1)。结论:该优选提取工艺条件稳定可行。
Objective: To optimize the supercritical CO2 extraction of the volatile oil of Ligusticum optimum conditions. Methods: The extraction rate of volatile oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort and the content of ferulic acid were used as evaluation indexes. The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction conditions of volatile oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort by supercritical CO2. Results: The optimal conditions for the extraction of Chuanxiong oil by supercritical CO_2 extraction were as follows: extraction temperature 50 ℃, extraction pressure 35 MPa, extraction time 2 h, CO 2 flow 20 L · min -1. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process conditions are stable and feasible.
