中部崛起与武汉率先崛起是和谐统一的关系。中部崛起为武汉率先崛起提供了机遇与条件,没有整个中部的发展,武汉独自发展是非常困难的;相反,没有武汉的崛起,中部崛起是难以想象的。作为中部特大城市,武汉率先崛起必将引领和促进中部崛起战略的顺利实施。本文在阐述武汉实现率先崛起具有历史必然性、现实必要性和切实可行性的基础上,从增强武汉实现率先崛起的内生动力、竞争力、整体实力等六个方面提出了对策和建议。
The Rise of Central China and the Rise of Wuhan are Harmonious and Unified Relations. The rise of Central China provided the opportunities and conditions for Wuhan to rise first. Without the development of central China as a whole, the development of Wuhan alone was very difficult. On the contrary, the rise of Central China was unimaginable without the rise of Wuhan. As a megacity in the central region, the first rise of Wuhan is bound to lead and promote the smooth implementation of the strategy for the rise of Central China. Based on the historic inevitability, necessity and practicability of Wuhan taking the lead in its rise, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the following six aspects: strengthening endogenous momentum, competitiveness and overall strength of Wuhan.
