二、准解理断口准解理断裂常常在回火马氏体组织中出现,在回火马氏体钢中,原始奥氏体晶粒内有效解理面的尺寸及取向可能模糊不清,而真正的解理面已被更小而不清楚的解理面所代替,这种小面通常在碳化物质点或夹杂物上发生,这些小的解理面称为准解理面。准解理断裂其性态介于解理断裂和韧窝断裂之间。Sullivan认为准解理断裂是较复杂的一种解理断裂的变态,不应把准解理断裂作为一种独立的断裂机制。Inoue等人和Beachem用实验证实了调质钢中的准解理面与{100}面一致,但是准解理断裂过程中伴有较多的塑性变形,它与解理断裂又不完全相同。
