随着社会经济的发展,市场经济的节奏加快,国内中小企业承受着巨大的竞争压力,如何扩大市场和提高市场占有率,成为企业面临的主要问题。交叉销售方法让企业最大限度地利用企业现有的资源,提高企业营销的效率,满足不同客户的需求。并且能搜索到更广的消费者的消费观念,提高客户数据的真实度,形成一种比较完备的竞争手段。交叉销售方法研究基础是数据仓库的建立,或者说是对其中的决策信息和消费者的相关数据进行存储。利用数据挖掘技术中关联规则相关算法对数据进行处理,预测结果,辅助决策。
