《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)中介绍了实现结构抗震性能设计目标的参考方法,但目前受制于设计手段,实施起来面临较大困难。中银大厦采用的是框剪+钢桁架连体结构,设计中主体结构选用性能目标D,连体部分的连接支座选用性能目标C,连体结构选用性能目标B。通过理论推导,对规范所给的参考方法进行简化,推导出结构各性能目标相对于常规设计时的地震影响系数,通过修改地震影响系数值,实现不同性能目标结构的抗震设计。另外,高性能目标(C,B)时,针对个别次要构件少量超筋而程序难以调节,适当降低了构件的承载力需求,通过降低承载力而提高变形能力的方法保证其耗能能力相同,实现结构的整体性能设计。弹塑性时程分析结果表明,建议的方法简单有效、可靠度高,可为复杂高层建筑结构基于性能的抗震设计方法提供参考。
