随着我国逐步进入老龄化社会,加强对老年高血压病的治疗,可以明显改善老年人的生活质量。现就本所2011年1月—2012年11月收治的75例老年高血压患者临床资料分析如下。1对象和方法1.1对象对本所收治的75例老年高血压患者按《中国高血压防治指南》中的诊断和分级标准,进行诊断和分级。排除肝、肾功能障碍,糖尿病,继发性高血压患者,研究对象均无心脏病史及药物过敏史。患者中,男43例,女32例,年龄65~82

The clinical data of 75 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to November 2012 are analyzed as follows. 1 Subjects and methods 1.1 Object The 75 cases of elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital according to the “Guide to Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension” in the diagnosis and grading standards for diagnosis and grading.
