本文介绍了湖湘文化,并对湖湘文化的精神内涵及其对提高学生学习英语的意志力、学习动机、英语自主性等方面的作用进行了阐述,主张在课堂中将湖湘文化的“霸蛮”精神、求索精神、爱国主义精神、学以致用思想等介绍给新疆少数民族本科预科生,以使学生受到优秀湖湘文化内涵的潜移默化作用,最终提高学生的英语学习能力。
This paper introduces the culture of Huxiang and elaborates the spiritual connotation of Huxiang culture and its role in improving students’ ability of studying English, motivation of study and English autonomy. It advocates that the culture of Huxiang “Ba Man” spirit, spirit of seeking, patriotism, learning practical thought introduced to Xinjiang ethnic minority undergraduate students in order to enable students to be subtle Hugh Hunan cultural connotation, and ultimately improve students’ English learning ability.
