最近,美国眼科专家莱恩发现,青少年患近视的普遍原因是缺少矿物质钙和铬,因为这两种元素都会直接影响机体对眼睛内液压的调节。现在由于青少年吃过多的蛋白质食物,加上一些孩子有偏食习惯,这样容易造成体内缺钙(同时使维生素贮存量减少)。还有,一些青少年吃过量的糖,会造成体内铬的贮存量减少。所以,青少年应保持每日进食的营养平衡,多吃水果、蔬菜及豆类食物,这样可以预防近视的发生。
Recently, Ryan, a US ophthalmologist, found that the common cause of myopia in adolescents is the lack of calcium and chromium minerals, since both of these elements have a direct effect on the body’s ability to hydrate the eye. Now because teenagers eat too much protein foods, plus some children have partial eclipse habits, so easily lead to calcium deficiency in the body (while reducing the amount of vitamin storage). Also, some adolescents eat too much sugar, will cause the body to reduce the storage of chromium. Therefore, young people should maintain a balanced diet daily, eat more fruits, vegetables and beans, which can prevent the occurrence of myopia.
