为了观察天然胡萝卜素对放疗患者血象、免疫功能、肝肾功能及放疗反应的影响，本文将１４０例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组：一组为单纯放疗组，一组为放疗＋口服天然胡萝卜素组。观察两组放疗前、中、后的血象变化。对放疗＋天然胡萝卜素组，观察用药前后免疫功能，肝、肾功能及放疗反应。结果显示：放疗＋天然胡萝卜素组ＷＢＣ及ＨＢ明显高于单纯放疗组（Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０５）。放疗＋天然胡萝卜素组放疗后免疫功能较放疗前高（Ｐ＜０．０５），肝、肾功能未见异常。本文结果提示：天然胡萝卜素具有保护放疗患者血象、免疫功能的作用，无肝、肾毒性作用，同时可减少患者的放疗反应
In order to observe the effects of natural carotene on hemogram, immune function, liver and kidney function and radiotherapy response in patients undergoing radiotherapy, 140 patients with advanced malignant tumors were randomly divided into two groups: one group was treated with radiotherapy alone, and one group was treated with radiotherapy + oral Natural carotene group. Observe changes in blood before, during, and after radiotherapy in both groups. For the radiotherapy + natural carotene group, the immune function before and after administration, liver and kidney function, and radiotherapy response were observed. The results showed that WBC and HB in radiotherapy + natural carotene group were significantly higher than those in radiotherapy alone group (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Radiotherapy + natural carotene group had higher immune function after radiotherapy than before radiotherapy (P<0.05), and no abnormal liver and kidney function. The results of this article suggest that natural carotene has the effect of protecting hemogram and immune function in radiotherapy patients, and has no hepatotoxicity or nephrotoxicity, and at the same time can reduce the radiotherapy response of patients.
