本法采用高效液相色谱法测定了施他宁中生长激素抑制激素的含量，色谱条件：国产Ｃ１８柱；流动相：磷酸盐缓冲液：乙腈（７０：３０）；流速：１．０ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ；检测波长２１５ｎｍ。本法平均回收率为９９．６％，ＲＳＤ为０．３５％。
