“机遇”有两个近义词,一个是困难,一个是挑战。困难考验人的心态,挑战考验人的技能,相对于技能而言,心态实则更难驾驭。因为把握一个机遇,永远不是凭一己之力就可以担当的,它需要整个团队的协调,团队成员各司己职,从而可以形成技能互补,然而,心态必须保持一致,它影响着整个团队的工作氛围和精神面貌。塑造成熟、严谨、务实的心态、使得团队在“困难”面前保持有利地位,可以收到不战而屈人之兵的效益。
