介绍一种新型汽车驱动桥总成在线自动检测系统。该系统集机、电、液、计算机控制及信号处理于一体 ,可在模拟整车实际工况条件下 ,实现对驱动桥总成制动性能的自动检测 ,并生成用户要求的检测报告。使用表明 ,该系统性能稳定 ,自动化程度高 ,各项技术指标达到了设计要求
A new auto drive axle assembly online automatic detection system is introduced. The system integrates machine, electricity, liquid, computer control and signal processing. It can automatically detect the braking performance of the drive axle assembly under the actual working condition of the vehicle and generate the test report required by the user. Use shows that the system performance is stable, high degree of automation, the technical indicators have reached the design requirements
