前言国内火力发电厂低压加热器、汽封加热器和汽封冷却器都采用U形传热管的管壳式热交换器结构。近几年来电厂运行所反映的情况是由于各方面的种种原因在U形管弯管部分,尤其在弯管半径较小的部位产生应力裂纹致漏。经铜管制造厂和汽轮机厂中央试验室、研究所等有关部门的调访和试验,初步探明了铜管泄漏的原因(它包括了冶炼、运输、轧制、弯管等)。现在只针对弯管部位的事故原因提出了一定的予防措施,并已付诸实施。
Preface Low-pressure heaters, steam seal heaters and steam seal coolers in domestic thermal power plants all adopt the shell and tube heat exchanger structure of U-shaped heat transfer tubes. In recent years, power plant operation reflects the situation due to various reasons in the U-shaped pipe bend, especially in the elbow radius of the smaller cracks caused by stress cracks. The copper pipe factory and the steam turbine plant central laboratory, research institutes and other relevant departments of the interview and test, initially explored the causes of copper leakage (which includes smelting, transportation, rolling, pipe bending, etc.). At present, some preventive measures have been put forward only for the reasons for the accident at the elbow and have been put into operation.
