基于预决策和事件检测的紧急控制可适当考虑第三级标准中一些故障场景明确的极端严重故障形态,但不能代替第三道防线。基于系统设计理念、采用全局实时信息的失步解列控制系统是解决复杂电网解列控制适应性的方案。此外,应深入研究联络线处于非振荡中心时的解列控制的机理和判据,以及大受端系统以防止频率和电压崩溃为目标的解列控制技术。提出了电力系统自适应解列控制系统(AICS)的分层分布式体系结构,以满足失步振荡中心迁移和多区域同时失步时的解列控制要求。
Emergency control based on pre-decision and event detection may take due account of the clear extreme serious fault patterns of some fault scenarios in the third-level standard, but can not replace the third line of defense. Based on the system design concept, the out-of-step disintegration control system using global real-time information is a solution to the adaptive control of the disintegration of complex power grids. In addition, the mechanisms and criteria of the de-interlacing control when the tie line is in a non-oscillation center should be studied in depth as well as the de-interlacing control technique aimed at preventing the frequency and voltage collapse in the large-end system. A hierarchical distributed architecture of power system adaptive de-interlacing control system (AICS) was proposed to meet the requirements of de-skew control when the out-of-sync oscillation center migrated and multiple-area synchronous out-of-step occurred.
