Lymphoma is a group of solid tumors that originate in lymph nodes and other lymphoid tissues and is roughly classified as Hodgkin’s lymphoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which account for more than 90% of all lymphomas. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous non-coding RNAs that have been found to regulate gene expression in eukaryotes and are believed to be closely linked to the development and progression of many human malignancies. This article reviews the classification of the most common non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma subtypes and miRNAs in our country according to the classification of WHO lymphoma (2008 edition) and briefly reviews the role of miRNAs as a class of markers in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma Classification, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment strategy, provide theoretical basis for further exploration of the hot spot miRNA as a marker to determine the prognosis of NHL.
