近日,中央全面深化改革领导小组第七次会议召开,会议审议了《关于县以下机关建立公务员职务与职级并行制度的意见》。会议指出,在职务之外开辟职级晋升通道,在全国县以下机关实施这项改革,有利于调动广大基层公务员的积极性,是为基层公务员办好事、办实事,一定要把好事办好。实行公务员职务与职级并行相当于打破了目前的职务决定待遇局面,为基层公务员开辟一条上升渠道。之所以要开辟基层公务员新的上升渠道,这是 Recently, the Seventh Meeting of the Leading Group for Overall Deepening Reform of the Central Government was convened.
