为了探究硬质PVC膜在经向和纬向受拉时情况,方便人们更加了解它的力学性能,以便于应用到更多的建筑领域,在结构安全的前提下实现经济投入的最小化。我们采用万能试验机分别对六组完全相同的PVC膜进行经向方向的受拉分析,以及对六组完全相同的PVC膜进行纬向方向的受拉分析。试验结果表明:经向与为纬向的抗拉实验中荷载位移图大致相同,但也有比较明显的区别。
In order to explore the hard PVC film in the longitudinal and latitudinal tension when the situation to facilitate people to understand more about its mechanical properties in order to be more applied to the field of construction, under the premise of structural safety to achieve the minimum investment in the economy. We use a universal testing machine for the same on the six groups of PVC film tensile analysis of the longitudinal direction, as well as the same six sets of PVC film tensile analysis of the latitudinal direction. The experimental results show that the load-displacement maps are roughly the same in the warp direction and the latitudinal tensile test, but there are also obvious differences.
