针对同课异构课,我们在操作过程中应引导教师一方面要注意把握相同的目标——课程标准,另一方面要鼓励教师在教学中凸显特色,形成自己的教学风格。在观课和评课中,也要注意引导教师互相学习借鉴,同时注重引导教师形成自己的教学特色。
