探讨以病例为中心的模拟医学教育应用在儿科学教学中的效果。方法:选取儿科学本科学生90名进行对照研究,对照组40名以常规教学方式处理,而研究组50名以病例为中心的模拟医学教育处理。通过一段时间的教学后,记录两组学生临床知识考试成绩与临床技能操作考核成绩,并对比分析。结果:研究组临床知识考试成绩与临床技能操作考核成绩得分均值明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以病例为中心的模拟医学教育应用在儿科学教学中有不错的效果,能提高学生的知识与技能水平,值得借鉴。
To explore the effect of case-centered simulated medical education in pediatric teaching. Methods: Ninety undergraduates of pediatrics were enrolled in the study. Forty subjects in the control group were treated by the conventional teaching method, and 50 were treated by the case-centered simulated medical education in the study group. After a period of teaching, record two sets of clinical knowledge test scores and clinical skills test scores, and comparative analysis. Results: The scores of clinical examination scores and clinical skills test scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Case-centered simulated medical education has a good effect in pedagogy teaching, which can improve students’ knowledge and skills and is worth learning from.
