目的:观察两种中药复方体外对白假丝酵母菌生物膜形成的影响。方法:采用结晶紫染色法和MTT法评价白假丝酵母菌生物膜的体外生长动力学,微量稀释法检测两种中药复方对白假丝酵母菌悬浮菌及其生物膜的抑制作用以及药物包被对白假丝酵母菌生物膜形成作用。结果:生物膜内白假丝酵母菌数量随培养时间延长而增加。两种中药复方对白假丝酵母菌悬浮菌的最低抑菌浓度50%(MIC50)分别为3.725、3.925mg/mL,对生物膜的SMIC50与SMIC80分别是3.725和7.725mg/mL,3.925和7.85mg/mL。两种中药复方包被浓度分别在3.322、2.269mg/mL以上时对其生物膜形成的抑制作用有显著性。结论:两种中药复方对体外白假丝酵母菌生物膜具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine compound on the biofilm formation of Candida albicans in vitro. Methods: The growth kinetics of Candida albicans biofilm in vitro was evaluated by crystal violet staining and MTT assay. The inhibitory effects of two traditional Chinese herbs on Candida albicans and its biofilm were assayed by microdilution method. Candida albicans biofilm formation. Results: The number of Candida albicans in biofilm increased with the prolongation of culture time. The minimum inhibitory concentrations 50% (MIC50) of the two traditional Chinese medicines against Candida albicans were 3.725 and 3.925 mg / mL, respectively. The biofilms SMIC50 and SMIC80 were 3.725 and 7.725 mg / mL, 3.925 and 7.85 mg / mL. The inhibition of biofilm formation by the two traditional Chinese medicine compounds at a concentration of 3.322 and 2.269 mg / mL, respectively, was significant. Conclusion: The two traditional Chinese medicine compounds have obvious inhibitory effects on the Candida albicans biofilm in vitro.
