教学反思对于提高初中英语课堂教学具有实践性的意义。在探究学习及教学实践中体会到,微格教学与教学反思有着密切的关系,微格教学是培养初中英语教师教学反思能力的有效途径之一。通过分析微格教学的原理,先制订微格教学课堂设计项目单,然后设置相应的有效课堂教学评价单,教师根据设计项目备课及上课,进而借助教学评价表开展有效的课堂教学反思,最终得以有效提高初中英语课堂教学效果。 Teaching reflection is of practical significance to improve junior high school English classroom teaching.
