煤炭是一种不可再生的资源,因而煤炭企业是典型的资源枯竭型企业。随着煤炭资源的日益枯竭、全球生态环境保护工作的不断推进以及日益激烈的市场竞争,越来越多的煤炭企业面临着破产倒闭的危险。面对这一严峻挑战,就需要煤炭企业运用技术经济学原理,并结合企业自身经济条件和环境,通过经济转型来实现煤炭企业的可持续发展。本文笔者以淄博矿业集团为例,结合自身工作经验,对资源枯竭型煤炭企业进行经济转型的途径进行了全面阐述。
Coal is a non-renewable resource, so coal enterprises are typical resource-exhausted enterprises. With the depletion of coal resources, the continuous promotion of global ecological environment protection and the increasingly fierce market competition, more and more coal enterprises are in danger of bankruptcy. Faced with this harsh challenge, we need coal enterprises to use the principle of technical economics, combined with their own economic conditions and environment, through the economic restructuring to achieve sustainable development of coal enterprises. In this paper, Zibo Mining Group as an example, combined with their own work experience, resource-exhausted coal enterprises to conduct a comprehensive economic transition approach.
