专家建议,加快上海外高桥内河集装箱规划港区建设以及与外港对接,开展上海芦潮港内港和洋山外港一体化经营模式,构建长三角内河集装箱航运的服务产业。历时7年时间,大芦线航道整治(一期)主体工程近日通过交工验收,不日将正式通航运行。作为自贸试验区配套中内河航运的重要部分,贯通后将打通自贸试验区的水上运输,成为一条上海和周边地区物流的水上“高速公路”。打通自贸区水上“高速公路”内河航运是上海打造国际航运中心的关键一环,围绕国际航运中心的建设目标,上海市规划了“一环十射”高等级内河航道并分步建设,大芦线就是其中之一。据浦东新区建交委负责人介绍,大芦线航道整治(一期)工程于2006年5月正式启动,项目总投资为27.64亿元,工程历时7年。工程全部建成后,水深达4.5米,可通航千吨级的船舶。港口停泊区泊位长约1公里,可满足15艘500吨级建材船舶及15艘90TEU(国际标准箱单位)集装箱船舶停靠。到今年上半年,主体工程已通过交工验收。目前
