所谓教学设计,即为了确保教学实效和质量,根据教学目标,结合学生特点,对教学过程各个环节进行组织和安排的活动。传统教学模式下,教师在追求教学进度和学生成绩的同时,忽视了教学设计的价值,中学数学课堂教学多采用“满堂灌”式的教学模式,而未能将教学目标、教学方法、教学形式、评价与反馈等教学要素细分考虑,学生主体性未能得到充分发挥。为了响应新课改要求,现从多角度对教学设计进行优化,以提高教学质量,通过数学教育,促进学生综合素质能力发展。
The so-called teaching design, that is, in order to ensure the effectiveness and quality of teaching, according to the teaching objectives, combined with the characteristics of students, teaching activities in all aspects of the organization and arrangements. Under the traditional teaching mode, teachers neglect the value of instructional design while pursuing the teaching progress and students’ performance. The middle school mathematics classroom teaching adopts the teaching mode of “full house” instead of the teaching target, teaching method and teaching Form, evaluation and feedback and other teaching elements into consideration, student subjectivity can not be fully realized. In response to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, the teaching design is optimized from multiple perspectives to improve teaching quality and promote the development of students’ comprehensive quality through mathematics education.
