随着城市发展与人口增长,生活垃圾处理与消纳已经成为困扰城市可持续发展的突出问题。多年来,各界政协委员针对“加强垃圾回收处理、推进垃圾分类的工作”提出几十件提案,其中钟和等7位委员联名提出的“推进生活垃圾处理工作”的提案,为厨余、生活垃圾减量和分类工作出谋献策,产生了良好的社会效应。
With the urban development and population growth, domestic garbage disposal and consumption has become a prominent problem plaguing the city’s sustainable development. Over the years, CPPCC members from all walks of life put forward dozens of proposals in response to the work of “Strengthening Garbage Recycling and Disposal of Waste Disposal”. Proposals such as Zhong and 7 members jointly proposed in “Promoting Domestic Waste Disposal” are Kitchen waste, household waste reduction and classification of work advice, produced a good social effect.
