在干旱胁迫下,本文测定了葡萄3个杂交组合5个亲本和126个F1代植株的主蔓生长量、叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量及细胞质膜透性,综合评价了亲本及F1代的抗旱性,并分析了F1代抗旱性遗传倾向。结果表明,亲本‘火州黑玉’为中抗型,‘火州紫玉’、‘红宝石无核’和‘红地球’为低抗型,SP522为不抗型;126株杂交后代中抗型单株6株,低抗型单株117株,不抗型单株3株;F1代抗性呈现连续变异,表现为数量遗传的特征,亲本抗性强的组合获得抗旱杂交单株的几率大。
Under drought stress, the main growth, leaf relative water content, chlorophyll content and plasma membrane permeability were measured in 5 parents and 126 F1 plants of three crosses in grapevine. The drought resistance of parents and F1 generation The genetic susceptibility to drought in F1 was analyzed. The results showed that the parents ’fire black jade’ was moderately resistant, ’fire purple jasper’, ’ruby non-nuclear’ and ’red earth’ were low resistant and SP522 was non-resistant; 6 strains of single plant, 117 plants of low resistant type and 3 strains of non-resistant type.
