周毅文先生是广东核电合营有限公司(GNPJVC)、岭澳核电有限公司(LANPC)人力资源部经理。这两个公司是中国广东核电集团公司的核心企业,分别拥有着著名的大亚湾核电站和正在建设中的岭澳核电站,为香港和广东省源源不断地输入巨大的电力资源。由于它是在改革开放的大潮中产生的,与发展最迅速的经济特区深圳一起起飞,从其诞生的那一天开始,就成为探索现代企业制度的先锋。周毅文认为,能够汇集大量优秀的人才是“广东核电”在短短十余年时间迅速壮大、实现“聚变”的真正秘密。
Mr. Zhou Yiwen is the Manager of Human Resources Department of Guangdong Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (GNPJVC) and Lingao Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (LANPC). These two companies are the core enterprises of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group Corporation. They own the famous Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station and the Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station under construction, which continuously input huge power resources for Hong Kong and Guangdong Province. Since it was born in the midst of the reform and opening up, it took off with Shenzhen, the fastest developing special economic zone, and from the day it was born, it became the vanguard of exploring the modern enterprise system. Zhou Yiwen believes that the ability to pool a large number of outstanding talents is the true secret of Guangdong Nuclear Power’s rapid expansion and realization of fusion in just over ten years.
