美国专利US5963580US本发明涉及到铝熔炼方法和贮存液态铝的容器设备。在该方法中,液态铝是采用浸涂有防止氧化的内涂层和防止液态铝腐蚀的外涂层的钛或钛合金外壳的电加热器进行加热的。装液态铝的容器通过管道与加料箱连接。在加料箱内,通过泵加入过热熔融铝流化炉料。本发明的高效铝熔炼系统可保证熔炼装置的效率接近100%,使不可回收的金属减少到2%。
U.S. Patent No. 5,963,580 US The present invention relates to aluminum smelting processes and container apparatus for storing liquid aluminum. In this method, liquid aluminum is heated using an electric heater of titanium or titanium alloy housing which is dip-coated with an undercoat to prevent oxidation and an overcoat to prevent corrosion of liquid aluminum. The containers filled with liquid aluminum are connected to the feed tank through pipes. In the feed tank, the superheated molten aluminum fluidized charge is added by the pump. The high-efficiency aluminum smelting system of the present invention ensures that the efficiency of the smelting unit is close to 100% and the non-recyclable metal is reduced to 2%.
