在修磨三用卡尺测深部位时,一般依靠手工在平板或油石上进行研磨,修磨时间较长,质量也较差。为此,前几年我厂自制了一台卡尺端面小磨床。它具有操作方便、减轻劳动强度、提高工作效率的优点。修磨后的卡尺测深端面的两垂直度、平直度及表面粗糙度均好。一、小磨床的外形结构(见图1) 1.外形尺寸:670×500×350(mm) 2.横向工作台的移动,采用“V”型导轨与钢球磨擦运动。 3.纵向、砂轮的升降均采用燕尾形导轨即丝杆灵活机构。 4.电动机是用机床上的冷却油泵电机改
