随着新课改在全国如火如荼的进行,如何培养出能够完全胜任基础英语新课程的英语师资问题,已经成为制约基础教育英语课程改革进一步走向深入的瓶颈。在这种时代背景下,探讨职前教育中英语教师的综合素质培养问题显得迫切而有必要。
With the new curriculum reform in full swing in the country, how to cultivate English teachers who can fully fulfill the basic English new curriculum has become the bottleneck restricting the further reform of basic education English curriculum. In this era, it is urgent and necessary to probe into the cultivation of English teachers’ comprehensive quality in the pre-service education.
