英汉两种语言中包含了丰富的数字习语,正是由于他们强烈的民族文化特征,使得译者在翻译过程中必须兼顾到文化差异所带来的影响,因而语用差异或语用对等问题就需得到充分考虑。本文针对英汉数字习语的互译,在阐述语用对等理论的基础上归纳了五种翻译策略以供探讨,分别是:直译法、借用法、意译法、省略法及直译-注释法。
Both English and Chinese languages contain a wealth of digital idioms precisely because of their strong national and cultural characteristics, making the translator must take into account the cultural differences in the translation process, so pragmatic differences or pragmatic equivalence The problem needs to be fully considered. This essay aims at the translation of English and Chinese digital idioms, expounds the theory of pragmatic equivalence and summarizes five kinds of translation strategies for discussion, namely: literal translation, borrowing, free translation, abbreviation and literal translation - annotation.
