目的优选多糖的最佳水提工艺。方法分别以多糖含量和收率为综合评价指标,用传统水煎煮的方法提取,采用正交试验优选出多糖的提取工艺,用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果影响提取的因素由主到次为提取次数,加水倍数,提取时间。从配方中提取多糖的最佳提取工艺为:加水量10倍,提取次数为2次,每次1.5h。结论该工艺合理,稳定,可行,适合大规模生产。
Objective Optimum polysaccharide optimum water extraction process. Methods Polysaccharide content and yield were used as the comprehensive evaluation index respectively, and the extraction was made by the traditional decocting method. The extraction process of polysaccharides was optimized by orthogonal test, and the polysaccharide content was determined by phenol - sulfuric acid colorimetry. Results The factors affecting the extraction from the main to the times for the extraction times, water multiple, extraction time. Extraction of polysaccharides from the formula the best extraction process: add water 10 times, extraction times of 2, each 1.5h. Conclusion The process is reasonable, stable and feasible, suitable for large-scale production.
