近年来,“互联网+体育”以科技创新的方式推动了全民健身事业的发展,其中全民健身跑是成为重点推动项目,而在跑步中广泛使用的音乐尚未给予足够的重视;因此本研究把音乐与健身跑运动相结合,系统分析了音乐对于跑步的价值,具体体现在音乐可以有效的帮助跑者缓解负面情绪,快速进入跑步状态,减少跑步中的疲劳感和孤独感,增加跑步的乐趣和参与性。并且本研究根据跑步的不同阶段和特征,就音乐的选择提出建设性的意见。
In recent years, “Internet + Sports” has promoted the development of the national fitness program by means of scientific and technological innovation. Among them, National Fitness Running is a key promotion project, while music widely used in running has not given enough attention; therefore, this study The combination of music and fitness running sports systematically analyzes the value of music for running, embodied in the music can effectively help runners to alleviate negative emotions, quickly into the running state, reducing fatigue and loneliness in running, increasing running Fun and engaging. And based on the different stages and characteristics of running, this study puts forward constructive suggestions on the choice of music.
