As a teacher, knowledge transfer should always aim at improving classroom efficiency. Effective classroom I think can be divided into two aspects, one is how to teach and educate people, cultivate students’ moral cultivation; the second is how to improve classroom efficiency, and fully tap the potential of students learning.
