新形势下,女职工在社会发展凸显重要地位,但面临工作和家庭的双重负担,女职工的心理压力也与日俱增。本文以研究女职工的心理现状为切入点,分析女职工心理负担的影响因素,提出一系列有效的对策和建议,以期提高女职工心理承受能力,使女职工身心愉快地投入工作,进而促进企业进步和发展。
Under the new situation, women workers play an important role in social development. However, faced with the dual burden of work and family, the psychological pressure on female workers is also on the rise.
